These terms cover your use of the Chezoo app and this website. Chezoo is published by Solvitas Innovations Ltd (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to install Chezoo on devices you own or control and to play it with your friends and family. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its built-in content, or try to break its security.
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from, such as Google Play or the App Store.
Playing safely
Chezoo is for fun. You choose what you do: skip any truth, dare or question you are not comfortable with, and never do anything that is dangerous, unlawful or unkind to someone else. Look after each other, and respect anyone who says no.
The Moto spice level is for adults only. Turn it on only if you and everyone playing are 18 or older.
Your own packs
You can create, import and share your own content packs. They are yours, and you are responsible for what is in them and who you share them with. Do not make or share packs that are hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that you do not have the right to share. Packs stay on your devices; we do not review or host them.
Our content
The app, its games, artwork, sounds and built-in packs belong to Chezoo and its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
No warranty
We work hard to make Chezoo reliable, but the app is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for every purpose.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything that happens because of what players choose to do during a game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update this page and the date at the top. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
